About Harriet

Harriet fell in love with Pilates during her 2 years as a client of Beth’s at the Reformer Room. After graduating with a First Class Honors degree in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University Harriet knew that adding Pilates to her skillset would set her apart and went on to study Pilates. HCPC and CSP Physiotherapist and qualified Pilates instructor, not only is Harriet a gorgeous person she is also super talented and we are so lucky to have her on our team.

Classes

You’ll see Harriet around the studio on Mondays and Saturdays teaching Beginner Reformer Pilates. Expect classes to be challenging with a fun and holistic approach to enhance your balance, flexibility and strength.
