"`The studio (even back in the day at Beth’s house) clean, bright and a lovely environment to work out in. Honestly I look forward to my class every week. I have made friends with the girls in my class and I now feel like I’m apart of a reformer family. I feel very supported by Beth within my class, and if there is a particular exercise that you aren’t doing just right, she will always make an effort to come over and help you adjust your form to then be correct. I have been doing exercise on and off throughout my whole adult life and always hated it but reformer hits differently. It’s a calming exercise class where you can zone out of everyday life and you feel the burn of the exercises and stretches the next day! Thank you ladies and keep up the great work"

"I started my Pilates journey with Beth at the Reformer Room as soon as she opened the doors, and I’ve never looked back. It is by far my favourite hour of the week. If I lived closer I would 100% attend more. The studio, the instructors & the other Reformer Room clients that I share my class with are all amazing. I feel the best version of myself after each class, it really is like therapy and in more ways than just the exercise. Each session I feel challenged but fully supported and I love the noticeable growth in my strength, pilates capabilities and physique. I cannot rave about the Reformer Room enough and feel incredibly grateful for my membership there."

"I haven’t been coming for that long but I love it, I work out most days, strength training, HITT and the odd run and I had been putting to much strain on my body which over time has caused Cronic stress fertility problems and a whole general mess. I made a switch In my lifestyle and have tried to slow down massively. Introducing Pilates along side strength training, in both Mat and reformer has been so great in still feeling like I’m working my body without putting it under stress. I hate when I have to cancel a class due to family life etc and look forward to Mondays so much."

"From the moment I did my first taster class I’ve been hooked and I genuinely look forward to my session each week! I’m actually gutted when I have to miss a week The whole atmosphere of the studio is so friendly, welcoming and catered to everyones needs and abilities which is amazing! Beth is such a wonderful teacher and a wonderful person altogether! I’ve also loved doing Faye’s classes and again she is such a wonderful teacher! Both have also been so supportive throughout the class I couldn’t ask for more!"
