A client of Beth’s for almost 2 years, Harley fell in love with Reformer Pilates and knew straight away that she wanted to venture into teaching. Harley completed both her Mat and Reformer Pilates training in 2024 and through our guidance she has begun her journey. We can’t wait to watch her grow as she continues to learn more through teaching here at the studio.

Classes

Harley teaches classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You might also spot Harley on the reformer next to you as she still frequently attends classes as she continues to learn more through her own self-practice. Expect a friendly down to earth relatable teacher who hopes to help you find your love for moving your body.
