FOUNDER

Hi, my name is Beth Palmer and I am the founder and owner of The Reformer Room Retford. Having found my love for reformer Pilates in Sheffield 4 years ago I was a client at Jeni Ferguson Pilates where I quickly fell in love with both mat and reformer and knew it was something I definitely needed to be more involved in. Starting off in my little garage, The Reformer Room took off at a speed I was not expecting and now here we are. I absolutely love spending every day sharing my passion for a form of exercise that not only makes you feel amazing physically but gives everyone that hour to find themselves again.
